Common problems
Mobile phone: cracked screen, not charging, water damage
Display replacement, charging port, battery and software issues are the most common. Original versus compatible displays differ a lot in price – ask what is being fitted. Back up and sign out before handing the phone over.
Gas stove: weak flame, yellow flame, auto-ignition not working
Dirty burners, blocked nozzles, an old regulator or hose – the usual causes. If you smell gas, do not light the stove: open the windows, close the cylinder valve, then call a technician.
Door locks

Talk – explain the job
Send photos in chat – the cracked screen, the stove flame, the type of lock, the furniture joint. For painting, the room size. The technician states the visit fee and a likely cost.
Fix – at home or at the shop
Locks, furniture, painting, stoves and sewing machines are usually done at home. Phones and motorcycles often go to a shop or workshop. The profile states "home" or "workshop".
Review – rate the job
Rate the work and record the price in the app. The next customer gets an honest signal and good technicians rise to the top.
Safety tips before you try anything yourself
- If you smell gas, do not touch a switch, lighter or the stove – close the cylinder/line valve and open the windows first.
- Replace the gas hose and regulator every few years; a soapy-water test reveals leaks.
- For a locksmith, choose an NID-verified technician with reviews; count the keys when the job is done.
- Before handing over a phone: back up, sign out, and set a screen lock – change passwords when you get it back.
- Keep the room ventilated while painting; keep children and pregnant women away.
- After brake or tyre work on a motorcycle, test on a quiet street first.

Visit fee
The fee for a home visit is on the profile. For small jobs like a lock or a stove it can be a large share of the total – check first.
Parts and materials
A phone display, a lock cylinder, a stove burner, paint and putty – materials cost extra. If you buy them yourself, only the labour is charged; agree in chat who buys what.
Size of the job
Painting and furniture work is priced by square foot or by the day; a one-day job and a one-week job are different. Ask for a total estimate before starting.
Original versus compatible, warranty
For phone displays this is the biggest difference. Get what is being fitted and the warranty period in writing in the chat.
We do not quote fixed prices. In the app, each technician profile shows a "typical price" range computed from the jobs that technician has actually completed (once there are at least 5). Agree the final price with the technician in chat or on a call before the work starts.
